He previously served as chief economist at Trulia and senior director of housing and urban economics at Zillow. As a senior principal data scientist at the ADPRI, Tim Decker has a track record of solving complex problems. His career began at a scientific think tank, where his work focused on the deterministic chaotic dynamics of extreme weather events. Tim’s experience also includes working with large companies, such as Starbucks and Facebook, to deploy data science solutions at scale.

Ben Hanowell

As an anthropologist and people analyst, Ben explores people's decisions about where, when, and how they work. He also studies corporate decision-making in workforce management, relying on data from human capital management systems, surveys, public datasets, and in-depth interviews. Before joining ADP, Ben was a senior data scientist at Amazon, where he studied one of the world's largest private workforces.
