The EMC Index, which tracks how people think and feel about their jobs, hit a fourth consecutive record in August, rising 2 points to 149. Finance and insurance maintained its momentum for the fifth straight month.

Employee sentiment hit yet another record in July, led by big jumps in manufacturing and educational services.

Employee sentiment jumped 7 points in June, hitting a record high for the second straight month.

The ADP Research Employee Motivation and Commitment Index, which tracks how people think and feel about their jobs, rose three points to a record high in May.

The Employee Motivation and Commitment Index fell slightly in March, dropping two points to 127.

The EMC Index, which tracks how people think and feel about their jobs, lost five points in January, but remains near historic highs set in the second half of 2024.
